Our operational process is a never ending one which starts with identifying the needs of the organization /individual and thereby planning, organizing and executing accordingly to fulfill the respective needs of both the organization and the individual. Not only has this TJM also believed in handling the grievances (if any) of both the organization and the individual, after the recruitment process is over.
We work with the client as our partners, to define exactly what their requirement is. We focus on structuring long term relations with our clients.
We understand the core job dimensions and responsibility areas, relevant qualifications required, skills and proficiency required for the profiles, and most importantly, we determine whether the candidate fits into the company culture, besides other elements of the jobs description.
We review requirements, shortlist candidates, do the pre-screening and screening, conduct first round of interview and groom the prospective employee before forwarding the resumes to the clients. We also provide the facility of doing reference check and verification post final short listing, if specified by the client.
